- No refund will be issued once the article has been written and published.
b) Featured Listing (Monthly):
- A full refund will be issued if requested within 24 hours of payment.
- No partial refunds for mid-month cancellations. The listing remains active until the end of the billing period.
c) Newsletter Mention:
- A full refund will be issued if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled newsletter date.
- No refund once the newsletter has been sent.
